Each topic covered in the CMBHS Help includes the following features, as needed.
Function/Topic Description
- This feature provides answers to basic questions about CMBHS such as what is the function, who uses it and when it is used. It provides page numbers and information about any unique aspects or limitations of the function.
Before You Start
- This feature ensures that the user is informed of any preconditions to successfully performing functions and the conditions that must exist before document can be closed complete.
Business Rules
- General business rules for the function are described here.Specific business rules are described in the How To section.
How to
- Provides step by step instructions on how to complete a document. Clarifies information to be obtained from the client, and how to document answer choices.
- Provides fictional examples for some questions and business rules.
- Explains special navigation or controls used for the function.
Links to other Topics
- Throughout Help are links to information about policy and clinical issues that may be helpful to the user.
- These links are displayed in blue bolded underlined text. To use a link, CLICK on it.
Notes & Cautions
NOTES
- Important information that will facilitate the efficient use of CMBHS.
- ALL important notes will be displayed in a GREEN information box.
CAUTION:
- Very important information that if not known to the user, could cause loss of data, inaccurate data entry or otherwise jeopardize the quality of the CMBHS experience.
- ALL VERY IMPORTANT cautions will be displayed in a RED information box.
